We proudly offer a 2 year limited warranty, providing the peace of mind that has become synonymous with Lobster Sports.

Warranty Coverage

• Ball Machines (excluding the battery and server wheels): 2 years
• Battery and Server Wheels: 6 months

All Lobster ball machines are assembled and tested at our California manufacturing facility. Each machine goes through quality checks during assembly, so if you notice a little tennis ball fuzz inside or the wheels look slightly used, that’s simply a sign your machine has been properly tested before leaving the factory.

This warranty applies to the Original Purchaser of a Lobster Sports product that was bought from an authorised reseller and clearly displays an official Lobster logo. Please note that eBay is not an authorised Lobster Sports reseller, and products purchased from non-authorised sellers are not covered by this warranty.

You may be asked to provide proof of purchase to confirm your warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and repair or replacement for minor issues.
